CANCELLATION
Orders once placed will not be cancelled. All order sales will be considered final.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
We STRONGLY recommend recording an unboxing video after the artwork is delivered. In case of damages to the shipment or the artwork we will require the full unboxing video from your end within 24 hours of delivery in order to assess the issue.We cannot provide a replacement artwork as all our works are one of ones and we do not produce in batches.
PROVOLONE STUDIO respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy. This policy describes the information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website or when you otherwise provide information to or become affiliated with the brand, and describes our practices for collecting, maintaining, using, protecting and disclosing that information.
REFUND
We cannot refund your postage costs unless the shipment is lost/damaged. If your shipment is damaged, you will have to let us know within 24 hours of receipt along with a full unboxing video clearly showing the damage before opening the sealed package. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases. RETURNS
Our return policy lasts for 24 hours after your delivery. Any kind of return won’t be considered after this time frame. RETURN / DAMAGED SHIPMENT CLAIMS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AFTER 24 HOURS POST DELIVERY AND WITHOUT THE PROVISION OF AN UNBOXING VIDEO. In case your return claim is approved, the artwork should be in original packing and in the same condition that you received in. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to approve your return. Once the return is approved, a receipt of the courier amount with the payment link will be shared with you. We will schedule a return pickup order from our end through our courier partners after the payment for the same is complete.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account once again after 24hrs.- If you still haven’t received it, contact your credit card/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact support here for assistance.
CUSTOMS
Countries other than India may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties. If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned back to the PROVOLONE STUDIO warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
PROVOLONE STUDIO reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders on the PROVOLONE STUDIO website. We reserve the right not to accept your order for any of the following reasons:- The product is not available / in stock.- Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable.- Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity.- We are unable to deliver to the provided address.- In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information.
